Leadership Team

The chief executive officer and chief operating officer, the two employees primarily responsible for organizational sustainability and program management, are ex officio board members.

Employees are drawn from a number of professions, enabling the Mission to address client issues with a multidisciplinary approach. The staff includes an attorney, clergy, counselors, social workers, and others with diverse perspectives and a desire to help the less fortunate among us.

Wayside Christian Mission is governed by an active, responsive, and diverse board of directors drawn from Louisville-area professionals from all walks of life.
Some of these professionals are formerly homeless individuals, one a formerly homeless veteran, who enlighten the board and staff not only with their professional accomplishments but also with perspectives colored by their experiences as service recipients.
